Ten years in the making.

A 10-tower, 15-acre master planned community with over two acres of public parkland is coming to Mississauga City Centre at Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway. The last major development site in Mississauga City Centre is launching as the one-of-a-kind “M City”. This future-forward community will be defined by world-class architecture and technology, and a lively pedestrian experience with new parkland and outdoor spaces.

 

Soaring at 60 storeys, M City’s maiden tower will be Mississauga’s tallest building. This iconic tower will have 784 efficiently designed and highly livable residential units and retail at the ground level. The non-rectangular geometry leaves a striking presence on the skyline complimented by a prismatic shape to the podium, accommodating a large rooftop amenity space.

 

The interior amenities will include a chef’s kitchen and dining room, small and large lounges, a kids’ lounge and an extensive fitness facility. the residential suites have been, planned with the resident in mind.
